Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- Bob: Need to discuss BUG198.
- Mike: I will have to drop off after 1/2 hour.

Review of previous meeting minutes:

- Mike LaBonte noted that the "IBISCHK7 parser development" portion of the minutes
  began with an incomplete sentence, intended to say that "Mike showed draft 3 of
  the IBISCHK7.0.0 parser contract".
- Bob Ross moved to approve the Jan 09 minutes with correction as noted.
  Mike LaBonte seconded the motion.  Without objection minutes were approved.

ARs:

- Mike LaBonte to check for empty AMI String value requirements.
  - Done. Mike had sent an email describing his findings.
    - IBIS allows for empty AMI String values.
    - Supporting_Files explicitly disallows it.
    - If BCI_Protocol must not be empty then a new BIRD is warranted.
  - Bob: We should make that a rule the parser contract, then issue a BIRD.

New IBISCHK bugs:
- Bob: I edited BUG198, about missing [End Node Declarations].
  - An additional says the bug applies to [End Circuit Call].
  - I will check on [End External Model].

AR: Bob Ross to test [End External Model] for BUG198.

IBISCHK7 parser development:
- No discussion.

- Bob Ross moved to adjourn. Mike LaBonte seconded. The meeting ended without objection.
